While the name means "little sweet one", the style is bold, yet balanced. Dark fruits on the nose and silky body mean this wine is more than just your average dolcetto, with something dark, mysterious and vinuous in the crunchy, tannic finish to balance out the juicy red fruit of the palate.

"My name is Emanuele Rolfo and I am a wine producer in Roero, the hilly region North of the Tanaro river, in Piedmont. The passion for oenology started with my grandparents, who transmitted it to my mother and my father and later to me and my wife Cesira. Our days follow the rhythms of nature and of the cellar, and we dedicate to them to the pursuit of the purity and simplicity of our wines. This is the liquid expression of our consistency and our love of our territory.
