It's rare when we get to try a wine we've never imagined before, yet here it is! This is a Chablis fermented and aged on its skins in clay Amphora for a full year! The resulting wine is deep gold in color.

The profile actually has some of the expected Chablis notes of almond and hazelnut, but other, deeper notes like ginger, and apricot jam are present as well. The palate has loads of minerality, fine tannins, and a very persistent finish. Awesome Chablis that will upset the traditionalists!
