A very cool blend of Chardonnay, Muscat blanc, Marsanne and Roussanne. All grapes were harvested on the same day and co-fermented (to avoid blending trials) in neutral oak barrels for seven months. The native and ambient fermentation combined with 100% neutral oak helps show off what this interesting blend is capable of. 

It's faintly tropical on the nose, but the aromatic varieties shine on the palate: white flowers, yellow peach, bitter almond, gentle acid -- yum! 

Zippy apricot, honeysuckle, and tangerine rind. And clocking in at a totally crushable 10.5% ABV, this is an easy drinking pleasure!
