This "Que Romantico" Rosé Cava is, at heart, a traditional blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeu and Parrellada by amazing winemaker and grower Pepe Raventos. Enhanced brilliantly with the addition of a drop of Monastrell for complexity and color this wine has a souful sincerity.

All grapes come from estate-owned, biodynamically-farmed vineyards in the Anoia River valley. ‘De Nit’ means ‘Of the Night’ in Catalan.

This is an incredibly versatile sparkler that has heady aromas of rose hip, raspberry and violet with crisp, pretty stone fruit and light raspberry fruit on the palate that finishes with a gorgeous minerality.
