Clos Culombu is a blend of 50% Sciacarello, 30% Niellucio, and 20% Syrah. The resulting organic wine has a gorgeous purple-red color with gentle flavors of cranberry, cherry and raspberry with notes of licorice and sweet spice. On the palate, medium-bodied with a rich texture and balanced tannins leading to a spicy finish. Food Pairings - Braised Things, Roast White Meats, Pizza Night, Red Sauce.
