Clément and Florian Berthier, who are based in Sainte Gemme en Sancerrois, have vines in four appellations: Coteaux du Giennois, Menetou-Salon, Pouilly-Fumé and Sancerre. The Berthier family has lived in the Central Loire for a number of generations.

This is 100% Sauvignon Blanc and has a beautiful pale gold color. This outstanding menetou-salon has a very intense nose with citrus notes and exotic fruits. On the palate a wonderful freshness and a very aromatic finish. A real treat for the senses and an excellent buy at this price point!

Happy surprise

I was looking for a wine comparable to a delicious, and more expensive, Sancerre I'd recently gotten at PLG. The store associate recommended this wine and it was awesome. I will purchase again.
