You can't beat this classic cocktail, but have fun making variations on the recipe below with substitutions. 

Recipe:

- 1 oz Plymouth Gin 

- 1oz Campari Aperitivo.

- 1oz Dolin 

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and stir for at least 20 seconds or until the cocktail has diluted to your preference. Strain into a rocks glass over ice, or a coup. Garnish with an orange slice or twist* and enjoy!
