A hazy white from an organic winery helmed by a female vigneron Christina Netzl. Grüner Veltliner is the primary white grape of Austria, and in the cool climate of Carnuntum it retains a lovely green note, like ripe kiwi and honeydew, with touches of yeastiness and salt. Fresh 2020 release, behind a colorful label comes a no less interesting wine and incredibly invigorating. Native yeast, no filtering or fining. Enjoy with fish, cheese, and potatoes.
