Chateau Maris is a certified biodynamic estate in the Minervois AOC in Southern France (Languedoc-Roussillon). The team at Maris take sustainability extremely seriously, building their facility out of hemp composite bricks and ensuring the production of their wine is always carbon neutral. 

This blend of 90% Syrah and 10% Grenache is fermented and aged 4 months in concrete tanks. With a deep-red color dry, this is a great medium-light-bodied blend with freshly-balanced acidity and a long finish.
