Champagne Pertois-Moriset is an independent, family owned and operated grower-producer, situated in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Their brut 'Rosé-Blanc' is actually 92% Chardonnay from the Cote des Blancs and 8% Pinot Noir from Bouzy, all from Grand Cru vineyards. Harvested by hand, the Chardonnay is fermented in stainless while the Pinot Noir goes in neutral oak with its skins to make a red wine. The result is a bone dry, crisp, precise Champagne with distinctive, ripe berry and biscuity notes.
