The blend of Pinot and Chardonnay gives this Champagne a beautiful balance and harmony. It is made from 50% of the year's wine and 50% of reserve wines from a solera started in 1982.This cuvée offers a subtle, fruity nose. On the palate, the Chardonnay gives it real finesse, while the Pinot contributes power. A wonderful champagne!
