In the meticulously renovated destination distillery built by Colonel E.H. Taylor in 1887, inspired by classical European architecture that features a castle, springhouse and sunken garden, Will Arvin and Wes Murry brought this historical bourbon palace back to life.

Their seasonal 'Harvest' Gin begins with the same mash bill as their rye whiskey, with all botanicals grown on their property including juniper, coriander, angelica root, star anise, cedar leaf, sumac, fennel and bay leaf. Earthy, spicy and warming with a hint of sweetness.
