Bright aromatics of fresh nectarine and quince, medium bodied, balanced acidity and lively, fruit-forward palate.

The grapes are destemmed, then macerated for about 60 hours, then pressed gently. The must ferments spontaneously without added yeasts, and takes place partly in steel and partly in barrique.
