These bubbles come from 45 year old Gamay vines planted on gently sloping granitic soils near Chenas, made by a husband and wife team originally from Alsace, working completely naturally.
Light medium-bodied and dry. Fresh and crisp with lots of crunchy red berries and bright acidity. Nice minerality and structure on the finish.
Hand-harvested and no sulfur added at any stage. Bright and fun and a total crowd pleaser with notes of juicy red berry fruit.
Pair with burgers, Charcuterie, Asian food, or enjoy as an aperitif.
