Branchwater Farms is located in Hudson Valley. Owners, Kevin Pike and Robin Touchet are long time NYC wine professionals whose passion and dedication to regenerative agriculture brought them to the purchasing land and make a the big move out of the city. They triple-distill their gin from their own farm-grown wheat in collaboration with Austrian master distiller Hans Reisetbauer using custom-made copper pot stills, a unique blend of botanicals, and water from the farm’s well.
