From Vino Verdhe DOC, this Vino Verdhe tinto is a collaboration between Savio and biodynamic viticulturist Antonio Sousa. Lovely notes of berries, apricot, and plum.

Do Bojo Tinto from Bojo Du Luar is a red wine from the Vinho Verde region in Portugal. 100% Batardo, which is more known as Trousseau. All done in clay Anfora and fermented with chestnut flower to stabilize the wine instead of sulfur, this wine shows a pleasant elegance as opposed to any funky rawness.

Initially, the wine whispers dark plum and bramble berry and a whole lot of limestone and salinity. With a bit of a decant it becomes increasingly floral and adds more black cumin seed, kola nut and green tea bitterness to its repertoire in addition to a very Jura-esque onion skin color from its initial pale red. It’s a wonderful and very well made Trousseau.
