From New York's "Cult" winery, Bloomer Creek comes this co-fermented blend of traditionally Teutonic varietals that speaks to the potential of the Finger Lakes for serious wine making. 

Aromatic and rich but lifted and fresh, this wine is an adventure, from the baking spice and nightflowers of the nose to the tropical fruit and ginger of the palate and the lifted, inorganic complexity of the elegant finish. 

While we recommend this one for an evening with friends, it is crazy food friendly, pairing up beautifully with pasta, asian food or a beautiful cheese board.
