This is a sparkling rosé wine made in the traditional Lambrusco style from red grapes refermented in the bottle. No clarification or filtration and negligible addition of sulfur before bottling, it then sees two years of aging on the lees. The Perfranco is fresh and dry, with delicious wild berry notes. A refreshing and easy drinking treat!
