Pascal Roblet has been quietly working biodynamically in Burgundy since 1997, making him something of a quiet pioneer in the technique. His 'Groll n' Roll' 2020 is savory and deeply aromatic, showing off of the earthiest side of Burgundy, with dried flowers and herbs alongside delicate red fruit. Groll n'Roll is made from 100 % Grolleau grapes grown on schist and clay soil in Beaulieu-sur-Layon. 

This wonderful red has a warming quality though it betrays no sense of heat or imbalance.Fruity, and light, this is simply delicious. As with many things these days, quantities are quite limited, so grab some while you can!
