Aransat is Friulian slang for orange. Three generations of wine makers with deep ties to the area, Cormons, close to the Slovenian border have made this a true labour of love.

This winery is a family affair with the younger generation inspired to take over for their parents after enjoying a bottle of Friulano in the family vineyard at a (for Italy) responsibly young age.

Small production and light touch winemaking maintains the human scale, and while the estate covers a total of 18 hectares alongside Mount Quarin the production is kept manageable and in the family. They focus on farming indigenous varieties and are committed to a natural lifestyle that is in harmony with their surroundings.

Notes of apricot, honey, peaches, crunchy orange zest, citrus and basil. Pairs well with Sushi, Dumplings or a Charcuterie Board. Refreshing and delicious!
