This is a beautiful Gamay from Anthony Thevent, located in Morgon, just to the south of Fleurie and Chiroubles in France on a bedrock and soil composition made principally of granite.

A truly lovely wine in this warm vintage, ripe but fresh, with cherry fruit, and a delicately fleshy palate. Dry but silky and supple, cool minerality and a floral finish. A DRINK Staff Favorite!
