This skin-contact wine is a blend of 50% Pinot Blanc, 25% Pinot Gris and 25% Pinot Noir from the “Dreamer’s Vineyard”. This second generation estate is organic and biodynamic and guided by the natural environment. This has a wonderful nose of white flowers toasted nuts and honey guided by notes of green apple and a refreshing citrus finish.
