Daniele Parma is a winemaker to watch. Taking over his family's lands, he has embraced minimal intervention winemaking with a passion. This Vermentino is a great example of the potential of this up and coming auteur-du-vin. 

Amber in color with racy, complex aromas that immediately get under your skin, this wine is the liquid equivalent of a David Lynch film. Familiarity crossed with an almost supernatural wonder. Textural and wild, this wine opens with complex aromas of hay and citrus, edging into a rich, textured palate that is a tapestry of muted tropical fruits. 

It’s confusing and hard to pin down but ultimately seductive and inexorable. This may be a "nerdy" wine but it is at home with a plate of charcuterie and cheese as it is with intense conversations or a Netflix-and chill night at home with a special someone.
